I read your post about wisdom tooth extraction.
The extraction of teeth is a common ause of tmj problems. Your dizziness and nausea too.
This was how my problem started. Many people do not make the connection strangely enough but if they had to use high force to get your teeth out, or had to force your mouth open hard, then there is every chance indeed that your problems have been caused thus.
Whether they were negligent I cannot say. They may well have only performed a normal procedure in order to get the tooth out.
If you get referred to an ENT for your diziness and hearing problems, he will be unlikely to think about tmj. But it might be best just to rule our vestibular problems for the sake of clarity. I doubt you have inherent vestibular problems and that it is indeed your tmj.
