Hey all ... Just wondering if soma makes you sleepy. I want to request it from my doctor this week. I need something to help me sleep and my current muscle relaxer does not make me sleepy at all. Thanks in advance for the info.

Have you ever tried Ambien for sleep? It works really well for me. Just an idea if Soma doesn't work out for you.

Soma definitely makes me sleepy. I was told that usually wears off after a few days but it didn't for me. I only take a half if I need it during the day or I am nappin. A whole one does me in. Hope it works for you...

hey thanks for the info. I think I'll try soma first.. since I need muscle relaxers anyways. I'm a lightweight with medicines anyways so hopefully it'll put me out. If not I'll definately try ambien next!
