I just thought that I'd give you all a laugh today.
My son and I do stretching exercises every evening. (he's bored doing them alone, so we do them together, takes about 1/2 hour for all) Anyway, we're in the living room, shorts on, ready to go. He says, (with all honesty) "Hey Mom, if we weigh the same amount, then why do your thighs look so fat next to mine"?!?! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
Makes you feel real good that it's almost bathing suit season!!!!!!

Cheryl, Thanks! I needed a laugh today. For some reason I am getting a headache today. Don't know if it's the weaning off the flexeril or if I was clenching on the new nightguard. I sometimes do that if it's something new till I get used to it. But it feels really good in my mouth and is not tight or off at all. So I have a feeling this is just a regular headache. After having headaches for so long thanks to my bite I don't recognize a regular headache.
Emily says things like that too sometimes. She has already asked me if her legs will get as big as mine when she grows up? I told her she should be glad if they do! (haha)
Hi Cheryl:
120 pounds sounds great to me. I'd say you don't have anything to worry about. Why is it that guys are always so darn lanky? Why can't us women have that problem.
Tiffany
Cathleen I would give anything to be 5'3 I am barely 5'0. I am gaining weight as we speak though. I am now about 115. I am working on not gaining anymore unless I get pregnant.
Heather
Now that I am only allowed to eat 3 times a day (per dentists orders for the splint), I am eating all the wrong things...cake..cookies, with my meals. My diet was really good before, but I ate about 5 small meals a day. I guess I am just feeling sorry for myself. I'd better shape up or I'm just going to get depressed and FAT!!
Good luck. Hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend.

This was supposed to make you giggle, not depress you!!
He goes to school in the fall, and I told him-Never make a comment about a girls' weight, unless you're ok with her never talking to you again. (he says we're all so finicky about our weight!)
