Your symptoms match mine exactly. When I told the TMJ dentist that I feel better in the morning, and things get worse by evening, with sinus pain (but no sinus congestion/infection according to the ENT). The sinus pain increases in the evening based on how much I talk, chew, smile. I have been doing very little of these things, and the symptoms are much more bearable. All of this led my TMJ dentist and my ENT to recommend that I also have a neurologist examine be for neuro-muscular and other facial pain syndromes. My ENT is screening me for hearing loss and Meniere's (I have lost a little hearing in both ears). I have an appt with the neurologist soon, and then the TMJ dentist will work on my jaw problems.
