Post Figuring it all out

Well I am in the process of trying to figure out what is wrong with me. My symptoms point to a variety of things. I went to see an ENT because of sinus pressure and pain, but I now think it is closer to TMJ. My symptoms are:
Headaches
Ear pain in the front of the ear by where your top and bottom jaw meet
deep neck pain; feels like it is tired
My jaw gets tired when talking or chewing alot

The thing that is wierd is that is seems ok in the morning, then in the afternoon the symptoms are worse and sometimes it just stops hurting when I move around and do something physical.
I also have muscle pain in my legs. Go figure?

I do get a stronger headache when I bend down, which is probably some part of my sinuses.
I probably have a few things going on at the same time, but the pain in my head and ears is pretty bad. Tylenol seems to help take the edge off.

I know you all won't diagnose me but do oyu have any advice?
Also which type of specialists should I see. I have a dentist appt. in 2 weeks.

Thank you very much!

Your symptoms match mine exactly. When I told the TMJ dentist that I feel better in the morning, and things get worse by evening, with sinus pain (but no sinus congestion/infection according to the ENT). The sinus pain increases in the evening based on how much I talk, chew, smile. I have been doing very little of these things, and the symptoms are much more bearable. All of this led my TMJ dentist and my ENT to recommend that I also have a neurologist examine be for neuro-muscular and other facial pain syndromes. My ENT is screening me for hearing loss and Meniere's (I have lost a little hearing in both ears). I have an appt with the neurologist soon, and then the TMJ dentist will work on my jaw problems.

That is interesting.
Does your throat hurt later in the afternoon too?
Are you dizzy/lightheaded at all?
