Post No pain for weeks!

Hey all!

I've suffered with TMJD for years, and I am always looking for some kind of natural cure for the pain.

Just wanted to let you all know that I've been pain free for about 7 weeks now! I love it!

I take seasilver as a multivitamin, calcium supplements for teeth/bone strength and a liquid glucosamine, chondrointin, msm supplement for the inflammation of my TMJ. Since my regiment, along with my TMJD diet (soft foods, etc...) I've had no pain at all, and minimal clicking in my jaw. I'm very excited!!

Thumbs up

NerfHead,

Wow, sounds like you found something right for you! You must have a very mild case of tmjd? Have you seen a tmjd specialist before or what...what kind of condition do you have...mostly muscle? I guess you just got to keep doing what works for you...because your case my be so mild, a very simple treatment is all you need. Good to hear that you have been pain free for 7 weeks.

Have a great day!

Sandi
