I was just wondering how you are feeling today? Since a few days have passed since surgery. I sure hope you're not in too much pain.

Yes, Stacy, how are you feeling? And how about you, Tiffany, after your latest episode? Things calming down for anyone? Pain doc prescribed a very strong medicine for breakthrough pain--definitely does the job. She only takes it to avoid ER(which isn't any good, anyway). Called Actiq. Scary stuff.

Hi amateur Doc:
Thanks for asking. I am feeling a bit better. Most of the metallic taste seems to be gone. These headaches are about to kill me though. My splint should be in next week so hopefully I will get it soon. I'm going to ask my doctor about the med you mentioned and see what he says.
