Hi,
I had it done on one side early in the year and again on both sides under sedation in May. Yes it hurts like mad for a few days but the squishy stuff in my joints felt good, weird but good, because it allowed my joints not to have such a hurtful click when i opened.

Now over a month out I can't honestly say it helped too much except to dampen my spirits a little, here's one more thing that didn't work. But it might have helped a little. My ears do ring somewhat worse.

Keep ice on it if you can for the pain.
