This is getting so ridiculous!!!!!!! I can't handle these headaches!!!!! Is it really TMD that is causing these horrible things??? Has anyone had headaches so bad that they think they are going crazy??? My headaches put me into a very confused state! Please, if anyone has these or has had these can you please let me know because I feel horrible and need some reassurance right now.....

dont worry about complaining - it's good to express how you're feeling. i know how you feel, and it sucks.

in fact, right now.. im down in the dumps, so i dont have the energy to write you a good reply. but just know that you're not alone.

Hi Lucy:
I used to have terrible headaches like those before I got my splint. So far I have not had any headaches (knock on wood) since I got my splint. My head used to hurt so bad some days that I thought if I ran as fast as I could and slammed my head into a brick wall it couldn't hurt more than it was hurting. So, I totally understand about the headaches and yes, TMJ can definately cause headaches like you described. Hang in there.

Thanks Tiffany! I am still doing research on different types of treatment so I am getting very anxious. When I get real bad headaches it is very hard to believe that it is my jaw. I want to get a splint sooooo badly but I am finding that every person I talk to gives me a different price? It is so confusing! GRRRR!
