Hi Michelle,

How are you feeling? Neck? Back? He's supposed to get his splint this Friday, they called today. I've been so busy today, I'll talk to you more tomorrow. You have a chiro. appt. tomorrow, right? Let me know how it goes.

That is good that Mike will get the splint on Friday. Things have been busy here the last 2 days too and Mike has been home from work with his back trouble. I have had alot of medical billing work to do so at least he can somewhat keep Emily occupied. My neck and back are sore. (just like your Mike said) It didn't really hurt till yesterday. I am going to the chiro. at 3 pm so hopefully another treatment will help it. I am sure my working is aggravating it too.

Hi Cheryl,

These boards sure are busy aren't they? Especially that neuromuscular post. I hope that didn't bother you too much. I thought of you the minute I read it because Mike is finally getting some good help here from this dentist and I was worried it would put a dampner on your hopes for his recovery. Did he get the splint today? How did everything go? How does he say it feels? Does this one seem any stronger? I sure hope he starts to feel better with this one real soon.

I am feeling okay. I am not sure about this chiropractor thing though. He sure is a little rough for me. And I am a pretty tiny person (on the upper half anyway) and I swear the man is going to break a bone or something. Remember the other day I told you that I could feel my ear draining or opening up right after the treatment? Well today I feel almost like I have an earache and also feels funny on the front of my neck. (no glands are swollen though) I am thinking this is a referred pain from the treatment yesterday. I don't have that deep pain in the back of my neck today though so that is good. So in some ways it seems to be helping but in other ways it seems to be making other areas hurt. Anyway, he is on vacation this upcoming week so I have a week off to see how it goes. I am taking my last 1/2 flexeril on Sunday night and seeing how that goes too. I made an appt. with the masso. therapist that is in the same building for a one hour massage next Friday. I will probably need it by then as this is my busiest billing week and I am teaching vacation bible school all week in the evenings too. Maybe the masso. will make me feel so good that I won't need the chiro. when he gets back. Can you tell I am undecided as usual on what to do? Oh, and the chiro told me yesterday that if I have the masso before he does his treatment they can bill it under his number and my insurance will pay 50% of it. This week I am paying for the masso since he is on vacation.

So, what do you have planned this weekend? Anything fun? We have a church picnic on Sunday and then vacation bible school starts that night. That is about the only thing going on here. Oh, Emily is having another lemonade stand tomorrow with my niece Carly but this time they will be up at my sister's house. So I get a bit of peace and quiet tomorrow.
