Question soft foods

Hi there,

Does anyone have any suggestions for soft foods ? I am running out of ideas. I can manage quiche/scrambled eggs (which I have been eating daily) and some soup (nothing chewy and only if I can get a spoon in my mouth).

I can eat really really cooked vegetables and of course "Instant Breakfasts" and other shakes. Apple sauce and yogurt and canned fruit are also fine, but I am kind of getting sick of it. I know I am sounding picky, but I just thought that if anyone had any other ideas.......well this is the place to ask.

Thanks,
Jane

Thank you Jennifer and MDLA. That was very helpful. I really hope I don't get sick of eggs any time soon!!
Sorry if I am asking questions that have already been asked, but there is just so much information here it is hard to wade through. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dizzy.gif

No problem...it can be tough being creative when you aren't feeling well...especially if you have a family to feed as well...

You might also try things like hamburger helper etc...they usually are pretty easy to chew and protein is very important for you to maintain your energy right now!

Best of luck!
Jennifer
