Post Serenitol?

I saw the post on ads at the top so I checked them out, one was that dude in colorado that blows a thing in your nose. There was one for a natural suppliment said to be for TMJ anyone tried it? I tried an 18$ bottle of one for Tinnitus w. NO results. Im sorta hesitant now about these things, heres what it says.

Can I take Serenitol if I am pregnant or nursing?

Regardless of what condition you suffer from or which level of treatment is most effective, the recommended durations of use are the same and only severity plays a role in determining the length of treatment.
Mild Symptoms - For mild conditions and symptoms, it is recommended that you take Serenitol as directed for a minimum of 2 months. Further use can be reduced to an as-needed basis.
Moderate Symptoms - For more moderate conditions and symptoms, it is recommended that you take Serenitol as directed for a minimum of 3 months. Further use can be reduced to an as-needed basis.
Severe/Chronic Symptoms - For severe and/or chronic (more than 12 consecutive months) conditions and symptoms, it is recommended that you take Serenitol as directed for a minimum of 4-6 months. Further use can be
