Yes, that is correct. My TMJ dentist was Dr. Brock Rondeau in London, Ontario, Canada. He has a website with email address (that's all I can say as per board guidelines). Mention my name to him if you like!

Are you going to see Dr. Rondeau yourself? I think it may be "worth your while". It would certainly be easier than going to New York, especially when it came to frequent adjustments.
