Insurance co's blame the policies. the policies blame the insurance co's !!!!!! what a vicious cycle.
My medical insurance says there is an EXCLUSION in the policy however, they will pay for sleep apnea - mouthguard, and orthognatic surgery for sleep apnea???????? I never heard of such a thing, Is not this a procedure for tmj ????? And to top it off this
was a supposedly so called MD who evaluated my appeal?????? HOW ridiculous!!!!!!
