I am so sorry that you are having such a bad day. You said that you took the zoloft today for the first time. I know that the ssri meds can take 2 to 4 weeks before you can start to feel better. I wonder if you feel more dizzy taking the zoloft because you are feeling anxious about taking it? I know I am like that when I have to try something new, in fact I am so bad that I will only take a partial dose (break it in half or quarters) for awhile and slowly increase if I don't have a reaction. For me it is a real phobia. Has your dr. suggested that you try a low dose of valium or clonazepam or some other anti anxiety med until the zoloft starts to work?
I can't remember but did you say whether you get the spins with the dizziness?
