How is the TENS treatment working for everyone?

Hello -
I use the Myotronic tens unit. I had relief within hours after using it. It really, really helped me. But then there are others that it has not helped.

but please enlighten me, what is a myotronic unit?
Because I can't find anything about on the internet using search engines
