hi,
i get this numbness in my fingers/palm....real scary....worried that my blood is not flowing well.....does anyone of u guys have this feeling too? thanks.

to add on, i feel uncomfortable when i have to bend my neck down to look at things. for example, when i do paperworks in office. my shoulders will hurt too and i will click them to relief the discomfort. that happened yesterday and when i went to e gym later , i felt real uncomfortable when i had to tilt my head to see the instructor. abit nauseous. i do combat and it involves alot of vigourous shoulder movements. shld i be doing them? think my numbness is caused by my shoulder pain. it is more on the right hand . the same side as my affected shoulder....i m very sad.....

i dont mean to scare you, but whenever i hear about numbness and/or tingling i think of heart problems. to be on the safe side, maybe you should get your heart checked out. im sure, tho, that's probably just your TMJ causing issues.

This sounds like it can be tmj; what happens is, the muscles are so tense and
tight that they press on nerves, therefore causing those feelings to
occur. You can also get tingling and spasms. Have you been evaluated by a tmj specialist to know for sure? These symptoms are very alarming and the more you worry about it the more tense and more painful it becomes.

I had always read that numbness in the fingers and hands is a sign of problems within the cervical spine itself. I've been diagnosed with cervical arthritis and from what I've read, one of the classic symptoms is numbing in the extremities (hands/fingers). Perhaps you have some level of disc degeneration, as in some bulging or the discs. Your comment too about looking down has me thinking about your neck.

It's all so inter-related, it would be tough to say for sure unless you had a x-ray or mri of the cervical area.
