I take Phyto Pharmica/Enzymatic Therapy MSM. 2 pills 3 times a day, with meals, so I go through a bottle of 90 pretty quickly. Each bottle is about $20.

Saaraah, if you're going to take MSM, or other supplements, don't buy the regular drugstore variety. They aren't the best quality or purest. Find a healthfood or other store that knows their business and purchase professional brands, those are brands made for doctors, naturopaths, homeopaths, etc. They usually don't contain fillers or possible allergens like wheat, corn, milk products, yeast, colour, preservatives, etc, and the source of the main ingredient is usually better.
