| Re: Does anyone else have ear pain?
Boy do I agree with that! There is no set pattern on when it will hurt, what makes it hurt or how long it will hurt. Mine hadn't hurt for over 2 months now all of a sudden it's hurt everyday for a week. One time if hurt for a few hours and then mysteriously disappeared. And I'm not nuts!!! ha ha Yesterday I took an anti-inflammatory and it stopped hurting. Tonight I took one and it still hurts. I can put my ear in between my two fingers and squeeze it and it doesn't hurt but when I push on the whole ear or move it around I feel pain. Do you also get pain in your face and along your jaw line? Sometimes my head hurts behind my ear. I've been to an ENT and an Oral Surgeon and have had an MRI of my jaw joint. Nothing conclusive to explain why I have ear pain. The oral surgeon did say that the disc could be slipping in and out of place and pushing on nerves, muscles, ligaments, etc. I dunno. I just know I hate it when it hurts. It consumes me and I'm grouchy with my kids because the pain has me on edge.
