It could be tmj, it also sounds a bit like trigeminal neuralgia which often begins with a toothache that has no decay. Or perhaps you need your wisdom teeth out? your dentist should be able to tell if it is tmj or a wisdom tooth problem., a regular doctor trig. neuralgia.
