Hard Time Finding help
I'm new to this board and just wanted to say hello.
I'm having the same troubles everyone else is, I can't find anyone to help who seems to know what to do.
Any advice

Have you gone to your family doctor or family dentist regarding your situation? They may refer you to a specialist if you need one.
