Anything that goes in the cuisinaire that is well cooked...
soups, yogurts, oatmeal, cream of wheat, jello, pudding, juices, smoothies, mashed potatoes (baked potatoes just smushed a little), fish fillets, spaghetti, eggs, chili, lasagna, casseroles, soft meatloaf, cottage cheese, gelatin salad with finely chopped fruit, peanut butter if that isn't too hard to swallow (depends on which muscles hurt)...ensure or something like that if you aren't getting enough nutrients, you can add gelatin or milk to stuff to add protein
