There's a post dated Aug. 10 (last reply on the 13th) about it. I bought one a few months ago, and it's been acting up (one button stopped working for a while, and weird sounds despite new batteries). I called the company, who said they'd send out a postage-return (so I wouldn't have to pay to ship back) and they'd repair/replace, but haven't heard from them since. It's possible they shipped to an old address, but I haven't been able to get ahold of them in 2 weeks and their voice mailbox is full. If I were you, I'd wait to see what happens (maybe the company is going under?) before plunking down your credit card. But the mechanism itself is good, if only they'll fix all the tech. snafus.
