| Been diagnosed with TMJ
Hi All
Just been diagnosed with TMJ. I have been finding it difficult to chew on the right side of my mouth, its been more uncomfortable with a little pain. I went to see the doc and as he put pressure on the ball joint of my jaw by front teeth felt like they wobbled. I have also been getting tingly feeling in that side of my face, which the doctor put down to nerves whilst clenching my teeth, which I have noticed I do alot and also shooting pain in the right side of my temple and ear. Are these the signs of TMJ. Please help. Because the doctor says that if I relieve my stress that the jaw will settle within time. Is he right?
