Well i decided to give this a try. I found a hypnosis center that has been around for 50 years, I talked to a doc there and he said he's helped thousands of people that grind their teeth at night.
He told me i go 3 times and i found out my PPO insurance will cover 70%.
Its only around $300 total anyways for 3 sessions.

Anyone else try this? Ive heard both sides for this. I'm going in this weekend
