Re: TMJ makes me tired

Sunflower 22 ,
Yes , yes , and yes ! I am so tired all the time. In addition it hurts to read , sometimes and I get so lazy and tired , it's unbelieveable ! Where is my old life ? I am too tired for it ! Did you rule out Fibromyalgia , CFS , and any other conditions that might go along with this ? It's important to do so..As fatigue can result from a co - existing condition. Good Luck and hang in there..

Re: TMJ makes me tired

Another disease you should look into is hypothyroidism. Your thyroid might be out of whack. I felt really tired and cried about anything until I started on 25mcg of Synthroid and I'm upto 137mcg, and it's helped tremendously. It's a simple blood test and you don't even have to fast. Check the thyroid board "sticky" about symtoms.

Re: TMJ makes me tired

TMJ makes me so tired I need about 10-12 hours of sleep daily and then more on the weekends, I think because the constant cracking and poping and the pain of clicking to talk all day or eat and just the clicking from breathing takes a serious toll on your head, the pain and pressure on your ears is a lot for a being to deal with not to mention the metal frustration that I know I deal with just wanting my mouth to open normally or to be able to kiss my boyfriend again, or eat a darn sandwich its really exhausting
