I am skeptical of cell phones they emit radiation and we hold them right up to our ears and jaws , also resting your head on your fist produces great preassure on our jaws muscles and joints , when i was on vacation i turned my cell phone off and my symptoms of poping and clicking were gone maybe it was the humid warm climate or maybe not stress makes my jaw tense this cant be good smoking makes my ears pop that cant be good either when i go a day without smoking it improves i liked the link at the top left of this page it sugests excersices masages aplying heat and vitamins andd minerals i had braces when i was younger and i had my fangs pulled and wisdom teeth pulled i dont think this helped my jaw joint because my teeth werernt aligning up as nature intended
