Hi all. I have been feeling fine the last few days, then all of a sudden, this morning at around 11:00 my teeth start hurting, my neck feels tense, my eyes feel sensitive, my jaw feels tight and all that unpleasant stuff. I'm fed up feeling like this and it affecting my personal life. It's the weekend and I want to be able to enjoy the msot I can. Is there a wy to do this? Is there a way to control flair ups or at least make them less apparent? Can posture bring on flair ups? What about the position I sleep in? Pleasee someone help me enjoy my weekend!
P.S. Does tylenol help at all?
