Opening my jaw wide
When I started PT I could only open my mouth 35mm because my muscles were so tight. When I left I opened them 45mm. The PT told me not to open my mouth any more than I could open it without my tongue feeling the roof of my mouth. Well thats not very much. So lately I have been opening my mouth as wide as I can 2-3 times a day. Mind you my jaw never pops, but it sure feels tight. What has you PT person told you. Also when I open them wide it relieves the humming in my ear. How wide do you open your mouth? Does it seem to make it better? Thanks.
