Moist heat

Ive recently started using the moist heat method and its working great on the spasms i mainly get in my chin. Id leave it on all day if i could coz it really does stop the continous spasms i get all day.

Im off work now so im not doing much at the moment. So what id like to know is there any bad in putting heat on my muscles for too long? Like for 12 hours straight. It works but im just wondering if there could be a wrong in putting heat on a area too much. Would there be like a long term side affect to my chin by putting heat on it for too long? If anyone has got any idea that would be great.

Thanks, Jason
