and its very tight now and I am not sure its fitting right or if its even ok to wear it like this, I am sure its warped. I am at the end of I guess its called phase 1. Ironically it was too loose before and it made me gag. Any suggestions. I have an appt tomorrow with dr.

what kind of splints does everyone have? Mine is a hard mold of my bottom teeth. I also just bought the sleep right mouth guard and the seems to give me pain in the morning. Also, what was the cost of your splints? I just dont understand why mine was $1500!! Its a hunk of plastic!!

Thats the same as mine is too. I think it was about 1000 dollars but I had insurance for it.

I also had insurance, Thank God! But, I did have to pay $200 for it because my insurance wouldnt pay for the entire amount.
