womelsdorf Newbie (male) Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 1	History of TMJ Hi, I'm new to these forums and I'm just looking for the history of TMJ or TMD through time and the history of mandible implants. Any info on anything would be cool and it can be posted here of PM'd to me. I am also curious on the pricing for TMJ implants. Information on anything would be cool. Thanks to all who responds to me.
