Could horrible posture at computer trigger tmj?

I lay on my couch 4 or 5 hours a day. I have a laptop computer on a stand next to my couch and I lean over while I am laying down and surf the web for 3 or 4 hours a day this way.

This puts my head at an awkward angle for hours a day. I already have ground down teeth.

For the last 5 months I have started having jaw pain. It is mainly at night and it is relieved by getting up and walking around.
