I've been wondering how you are doing. Did your dentist increase your vertical dimension? The dentist I am presently seeing emphasized again last week that it is not for everybody. He says too much vertical is really a problem with denture patients, that dentists make the teeth too tall and then the patients are unable to comfortably rest their jaw with their teeth apart and they have problems with speech. He is gradually REDUCING the height of my new crown and bridge because I am having those same kinds of problems.

I am being co-treated by Dr. Schwartz (splint therapy) and a dentist who is trying correct my bite, which was messed up by one of those money-grubbing quacks mentioned earlier today.

I had the work done and have been back since and he lower it alittle. I still am having the tight r. throat muscle and r. ear humming. I wonder if I should have him lower it more as it is still higher than oringinally. I did consult with a neuromuscular dentist and she wants $2000 up front. I may have to cough if up and see if she can help.
How are you doing and what are your symptoms now? Is your new dentist helping?
