There are quite a few options really. Of course, don't follow my lead. I couldn't chew for 6 months and decided that ice cream, frosting and peanut butter would sustain me!

I gained about 10 lbs on this plan. Some good choices are: oatmeal, grits, yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna fish, jello, some flaky fish, and lots of things I can't seem to think of right now. Veggies were the hardest for me. About the only truly non chewing veggie I found was canned asparagus. I love asparagus, but not out of a can. Fruits are easier. Applesauce is good, and bananas, peaches and pears if they're really mushy. And, my favorite, all the ice cream you can eat! Hope this helps.
