Has anyone experienced duramorph injections for TMJ? This is my only resort for pain relief but I'm wondering what the long term effects might be with this injection. I have had three surgeries on the joint within the last 10 years. The first round of surgery was a success until two years ago and I've had no relief since then. We considered a partial joint replacement but wisely bowed out of that option. Now I'm just dealing with pain relief via the duramorph injections. Any input on experience would help, thanks!
