advice please.. - TMJ Disorder -TemporoMandibular Joint Message Board

For 4 days i have been experiencing mild pain behind my right eye, tingling in my right ear and my throut seems kind of sore when i swallow, and now and then sharp pain my head above my eyes and down my rig h hand side near my ear and down my neck, also some tingling down the right side of my face.. i had a migrane 3 days which eased with paracetomol (i hate taking tablets) when i woke up yesterday morning the left hand side of my head hurt like mad i caught myself clenching my teeth i am under alot of stress lately so i dunno.... could this be some kind of a virus? tmj? sinuses? (i am not congesed)not sure really.. but i feel like im coming down with something theres alot of the flu going around, my dad has had the man flu since sunday ( i stayed there last week) maybe that? i feel so foggy..... (anxiety) and am abit worried...

Do you have a history of migraines or have had episodes before or was this the first time? Have you ever been treated for them or using any prescription meds to treat them currently? Your symptoms sound like the lingering affects of a migraine so I am wondering if the migraine is still not quite gone. I have had friends whose migraines lasted for more than a week so I know its possible but they all treat theirs with different meds (some work, some don't) and usually see neurogolgists for treatments, etc.
