Made an appoint to see what he says. I somehow feel this may have to do with my tight neck muscles. I will post results of visit. Man at this point I'm ready to try anything.

Its a sugar substance they inject in ligaments, tendons, and or cartilage to heal them. I have this continous humming in my R. head for 1.5 years and I want him to look at my films to see if he can decipher where its coming from.Plus he knows about head bones and tmj.
Sometimes they inject into the tmj joint themselves if the ligaments or tendons are strained.
this humming is driving me nutzo!!! and I kinda think its may be from a neck muscle or neck.

Look up prolotherapy and tmj, lots of info on it. I guess alot of people get results with it.

I had what I called "head noise" for 2 yrs - it was different from the ear ringing but I can't explain how - I just knew it was in my head or brain - this is why so many drs told me to go to a physchiatrist or for physcotherapy - I guess they thought I was "hearing voices". It was like a roaring or static type of noise as if a radio was not really tuned in on a station fully and very loud that it seemed to drown out my own thoughts. Not sure if its a coincidence or not but it eased up after seeing the NUCCA chiro and now its gone, but I also changed dentists just about then as well - but looking back I'm pretty sure mine was neck related.

Thelma mine is like a motor running. At times I do get tinnitus too but this is constand and steady, I wake up in the morning with it and it get worst as the day goes on. My SCM is really tight on that side too.
I am hoping the advanced osteopath can tell me what is the root of my problem, cranium out of place, SCM muscle or neck nerves. I don't feel my bite is the cause of my problems, but something that is causing the consistant tight neck muscles.
