| who grinds during the day???
Well, teeth grinding is supposed to occur mainly during sleep, but does anybody else grind during the day??? I have been ever since I was a kid.....my bite was off, causing my teeth to be in constant contact with each other, and now after I've had it fixed, it seems like it's become a comfort tool for me. I don't even realize I'm doing it. I also bite the sides of my cheeks. Every time a dentist/doctor tells me I need to get a nightguard and I tell them that I do it during the day too, they just look at me with a blank stare and say something along the lines of "well, that's just a habit that you'll have to change yourself." Yeah right.....if my teeth start falling out I'm totally blaming them for it
