Does a nightguard help?
Hi everyone,

I have been wearing a nightguard for two months. I am not sure I grind I teeth but my dentist recommended a nightguard as a precautionary measure. I wear it on my lower teeth. I was wondering whether anyone out there has had any success with nightguards.
