hey Ashley, its the muscles and nerves in your head. I get that frquently used to freak me out. Still dont' like it but at least know its not serious. What sometimes helps is if you get the muscles at the neck relaxed as these all tie into the jaw. I managed to get my jaw stabilised but now its come back, nuts!
