hey i posted a good thread yesterday and i really think i jinxed myself.. two days ago my jaw aches came back and now my earaches are back in both sides.. not as sharp but still there.. i feel so frustrated and feel like all my chiro, dentist appointments and podiatrist just ripped me off...OWW just then and my neck is cracking

Help me , whats occurring...i feel like ill never recover and when i do get well im now installed with more fear for it coming back like it has now..

I fear doing things new things.. like getting a job because my tmj is so unpredictable..

Help? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for reading! When i open and close my mouth and stick my fingers in my ears theres no clicking but when i push down on the ear where my lobe is my jaw cracks ...then they still hurt...

Recovery can take quite a long time - you are going to go back and forth for some time but each time you will notice relapses don't last as long or are not as intense - its just the way the body deals with this, its adapting and changing all the time and every once in a while its giong to fight back a bit or resist some of the changes but eventually it yield. Yes its hard to deal with the contant "threat" of a total relapse but as time passes the threat will seem less likely and you will be more inclined to fully recover from this - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Dearest TL, how are you going beautiful???, my bad episode is still going on and i just broke down crying.. my ears are killing me , both of them... and they are all itchy and my jaws are SO sore.. have you ever had that ...??

Do you know what i could do ..? im scared incase i have to deal with this for another few months, as i really cant do it anymore.. i am in fulltime uni which requires ALOT of work and at this point i dont know what to do... its hurting both of them.. the chiro couldnt even fix it yesterday...and my dentist is evil... she said that shes done all she can and i may not have tmj when clearly xrays show my displaced disk.. im SO SO worried.. help..

How are you.. im REALLY SCARED!
