hey so after my exam last Friday 9th i was in excruciating pain with my ears ... i was crying on the bus as i had such sharp earpain!

i waited and it finally settled around 4 days later, because i am now on these drugs called endep 25 which i take one tablet at night and ducene tablets 2mg ( Diazepam) taken 3 times a day! Anyways even though i felt drowsy and incredibly calm they settled and i was like pain free apart from some duller earpain now and then... however they flared today after i was off my drugs for 2 days so im thinking does this mean everyone who suffers tmj from muscle problems should take this...

my brother knows a pattern that when i stress my ear hurts.. so maybe the cure for all those with muscle problems is that we must stress less and if we do have a flare up we take these drugs? Obviously we need to consult with a doctor , but mine said as soon i feel pain free to get of them.. and try maintaining a good stress free life, however this includes eating softly etc. and small bites.. what does this sound like friends???

Does anyone know what i could have?? Would this benefit you guys???
