Update from London

Hello everyone,

I arrived in London two days ago. I have so far had one trigger point therapy session. I cannot say I have noticed much difference but I am going to have four more sessions before flying back home

I have also spent almost two and half hours (two sessions) at the Chiropractor's today. She is the one that Pipdog recommended. My C1 was of course misaligned, one leg was shorted than the other, my pelvis was rotated, one of my shoulders was higher than other and I had a terrible posture. The Chiropractor took x-rays, adjusted my Atlas and then took more x-rays. I left the clinic with a much better posture and both shoulders and legs aligned. The treatment gave me a slight headache although it was so subtle to the extent I felt nothing while she was working on my Atlas. I guess my muscles need time to adjust to the new posture and that's why they felt tight after the treatment.

I have a double trigger point therapy session tomorrow and I am meeting Dr. Patrick Grossman, the TMJ specialist, on Thursday.

Take care everyone,..

Re: Update from London

Its alot to do in so little time - but it sounds like your body is handling it pretty well given the "work out" it is getting right now. Good luck with your future treatments and keep us posted with updates and your appt with Dr Grossman.
