Although it doesn't have to be a practicing dentist, most are tmj specialists or drs that deal with myofacial pain. I am really not sure how you find them though - perhaps through referrals by your current dentist or dr. I was referred to Dr Gelb in NYC by one dentist and then went to a Pain Mgmt clinic at a dental university and was told by their head dr he also did them - maybe try contacting a dental school for referrals
