body not in harmony with jaw position....

I've been wearing a repositioning splint for 1 year. It has brought my jaw joints back and they have found a stable place. Rebuilding from this position is possible. The problem however is that my body is not in harmony with the new head position. Bones have shifted and muscles are in spasms. I get very irritated when these obvious changes have taken place and are not acknowledged by dentists or doctors. You would think there would be some communication between the medical, dental and physical medicine community. I'm working with a PT and we're making progress but I'm still concerned with the bones that are out of position. My PT claims he can correct this and if not how do you move forward in such a dysfunctional posiiton.

ALso, in finding a correct jaw position is joint vibration analysis (JVA) or jaw tracking (EGN) or computerized bite analysis Tscan useful?

Getting very frustrated with these folks at the moment. Sorry just needed to vent.
