stupid mistake

I just had to share a story of what a dumb thing I did. I tend to be a chronic nailbiter, I know, really bad for TMJ and probably caused it from years of biting. Anyway this past weekend has been bad with it and yesterday, I had pain behind my right ear, and then my eyes felt blurry. Of course, I went into panic mode and thought I had a weird disease. I had to drive for two hours so I caved and took a xanax which helped, but soon after I got in the car the temple pain started and then it went down my neck. I caused my own problem and then freaked out about it. So dumb, why I shared this I dont' know, but felt the need.
