These are some things that have worked for me. I have been doing these things for a long time now, and when done consistently, have helped at least somewhat. Please add to the list so we can learn new things to try
Fish Oil-I take Carlson's cod liver oil. This brand has no mercury, Reduces inflammation and helps pain.
Cal/Mag-helps muscle spasms
Lying on back when sleeping-helps joints not to hurt as much. if i lay on my side for even a minute i can feel pain in corresponding joint.
not wearing high heels-helps posture, back, etc
not wearing hair in ponytail helps headaches
not wearing headphones/objects on head helps headaches
yoga-certain positions (no bending over like downward dog)
makes me feel like my muscles are more relaxed
feather pillow-is kinda flat and helps neck pain
