I suppose as long as it doesn't cause any pain and the doctor says it's OK, it should be fine. When I had muscle aches and pains, I always used pain as a friend, not the enemy. When the pains got worse, I backed off from the exercise. When the pains were less, then I could do more.
Does that seem to work for you too, with your jaw problems? If it doesn't hurt, does that seem to be a good guide? Is that what you have experienced in the past?
