| Could TMJ be causing my Benign Positional Vertigo
About 8 weeks ago I was laying down in bed, I sat up and the room started spinning.
The next morning I could not even stand in the shower, it felt as though I was going to fall, I was literally holding on to the shower walls.
While walking in the supermarket, I had similar experiences...not quite as dizzy, but I felt extremely off balance, as though I was walking on a boat or in a fun house.
8 weeks later, the dizziness has subsided somewhat, but anytime I am walking (bouncing) or have head movement (turning or bending over especially) I seem to trigger the vertigo.
I am wondering if my TMJ could be the culprit. I have felt ear fullness for years, along with some jaw pain.
Any info would be appreciated.
