| NM Splint
Hi Folks I havent posted here in awhile. Just had a quick question. I have been wearing my NM splint since September and have had very good results. I started to wear it down and it actually cracked from clenching still. My headaches and most symtoms are probably 70 to 80 percent better since wearing it. The only symptom that I still have problems with is the neck.
Now to the question, I had my splint built back up and fixed but when I put it back in I get a headache. Is it possible That I have out grown this stage of the process and am ready for braces? When I take the splint out my headache is gone. my neck stiffness causes tightness in my head aswell, I have no jaw pain I can open it fine. Any suggestions?
